Make an appointment: It sounds like you probably have an upper respiratory infection, but more details and an exam are needed. Most upper respiratory infections are viral, requiring only treatment of symptoms while it runs it's course. However, if you develop worsening fever (101+), chest pain, difficulty breathing, or worsening back pain & cough, then please make an appointment with your pcp for further evaluation.
