Yes it is safe: please follow the instructions carefully and keep the follow up with your doctor. Other medications like atrovent nasal spray aren't available in every country, which may or may not help in your case, the combination you are on is good given that you take it regularly and keep the follow up, as with any other medication and chronic disease, good luck
