Is it safe to use "beconase" aqueous nasal spray for blocked/runny nose? are there any side effects?

Not systemic: All topical steroids may have the side effects of occasional nose bleeds and irritation or burning. But the use of a topical nasal steroid is virtually without any systemic side effects. Make sure that you are using this spray for either allergic rhinitis or non-allergic rhinitis. A blocked runny nose can also be symptomatic of nasal polyps.
