I don't want to: alarm you, but this is quite unusual at your age. Certainly the exertion of sexual arousal and ejaculation can bring on chest pain and dyspnea due to heart disease in older men, but very rare in 21 year old. It may be anxiety, but you must have your heart checked out to make sure you don't have some unusual genetic or congenital predisposition for cardiac ischemia. Don't delay...Stay well!
