These are expected.: Was the urine potassium measured while you were on florinef, or were you on a break? I think it is an expected result (i.e., showing normal potassium [K] excretion). It makes sense that with supplemental K, your body is getting rid of what it doesn't need (leading to "normal" potassium excretion). Florinef causes K to be excreted in urine, retaining sodium to boost BP & decrease POTS symptoms.
