Fatty liver?: The finding of an enlarged homogeneous-appearing liver could be consistent with a fatty liver (hepatosteatosis), especially in someone who drinks. Have your cholesterol profile checked. Try to cut back on the drinking - may help. Have liver enzymes monitored.
