I was born with a hole right under my left eye. i went to many eye doctors and they said it's fine. i just want to know what it is, have any ideas?

Fistula : Your description sounds like it may be a lacrimal sac diverticulum that presents as a small orifice below the eyelid usually towards the nose with various degrees of swelling. A Oculoplastics surgeon would be a good resource to correctly diagnose this.
