I have small bumps on my left hip and i didnt know if this was normal i just woke up and started itching my left hip, is there something wrong?

You don't say: whether the bumps are fluid filled (vesicles) or not. If so, herpes simplex could be a cause; probably not herpes zoster (shingles) as you don't report pain...only itching. Most likely this is a contact dermatitis: the skin over your left hip came in contact with something (soap, creams, clothing) that caused inflammation. Try OTC topical cortisone cream. If worsens, to Dermatologist.
