HTN and kidney mass: 60F from CA had BP 240/110 and mass in R kidney. Was told to watch and wait. Wants second opinion. Need more details but you need to have a renin measured in your blood and a 24 hr urine done at the same time to see if renin is high or low. If very high you need to see a HTN expert to see if the mass is causing the severe HTN. This is what I specialize in. And happy to give detailed second opinion
