? Intertrigo: skin changes in upper inner thigh can be from many reasons generally speaking its not serious. It can be caused by local bacterial or candidal infection or other skin conditions these little scars need to be seen by doctor to define its cause and give you the appropriate advise

Scars?: Are they really scars? What did they come from? They might be what are called stretch marks...? If possible, send a photo of them.
