We can help: First see a foot/ ankle doctor. X-ray will be taken and possible mri. Could be a tendon of ligament problem. Need examination to tell.

Pseudarthrosis: Could be what is called a jones fracture involving the styloid process of the 5th metatarsal which healed improperly with a pseudarthrosis.
