Donor egg: If her ovaries are truly absent at age 23, then she would need donor eggs. Has she had them removed before? Or is it that the ovaries were not visualized? Does she have a normal uterus? Truly absent ovaries at age 23 does not sound right, unless there is a genetic anomaly of some kind, so please discuss this further with your provider.
