Yes: Vertigo is feeling of spinning which can be due to inner ear problem ( vestibular) or central form brain.. Anytime you roll over , sit up quick or change position it can trigger major feeling of spinning and can cause nausea and vomiting as a " motion sickness" .Some other symptoms as eye twitching are not typical but can happen.
