Are you fatigued?: Usually these twitches are from simple fatigue (NOT eye strain as many people think but generalized fatigue) or are manifestation of stress...Avoid stimulants like coffee, (caffiene), nicotine and place warm moist face cloths over your eyes. RELAX and BE WELL!
