Usually not: The chance of getting an indentation is small, especially when the cyst is removed by a plastic surgeon.

May leave a dent: Removing a facial cyst may leave a dent depending on the size of the cyst. If you have had a decent sized cyst for a while and then all of a sudden it's not there anymore, then it makes sense that there will be a void where the cyst used to live. Many times, the dent can be filled in with a facial filler if it is really bothering the patient. Hope this helps!
