When you say not: healing the problem is we don't know what treatment you tried so far…antibiotics should be guided by bone culture. Antibiotic impregnanted beads may be helpful, infected bone may have to be removed, sometimes, hyperbaric oxygen can be helpful. Would need to know more to me of more help...
