Rough, Red, Itchy: Please see your Primary doctor about this! PS: I lived in Sydney from age 3 to 30 before coming to USA. My few trips to Adelaide were fabulous!

Allergy or ??: It could be an insect bite gut irritated after scratching or a heat rash if it happens after sweating or allergy reaction to something Either way apply hydrocortisone cream and take Benadryl and watch for any infection that might developed Not better see your local DOC

Neck rash: It is likely something you came in contact with. It is often difficult to figure out the source. But if you can avoid it. Medications are available for the symptoms of this rash. All the best.
