Asian blepharoplasty: Most likely you are referring to the single versus the double eyelid crease. Many asians have a single eyelid crease or, in other words, no significant crease to apply eyeshadow make-up on. A cosmetic surgery, often called "asian blepharoplasty" can be done by a skilled plastic surgeon to create a crease. Look for an occuloplastic surgeon or plastic surgeon with experience with this surgery.
