Contact lenses: Your eye color is genetically determined. Changing it is not possible. A procedure to implant a contact lens to cover up the iris color and therefore giving your eye color a new look is possibe, but with not insignificant risk. I don't recommend this procedure. It is much safer to try colored contact lenses fitted by a professional.
