After tongue biopsy 5days ago, bit my tongue on the 3rd day, and have had pain eating (only), and jaw neuralgia since. could i have damaged a nerve?

Bit tongue: I doubt you did any nerve damage from merely biting your tongue. I suggest you discuss this with the doctor who biopsied your tongue, and if necessary go back for an evaluation.
