Take to doc: I would recommend taking her to her pediatrician to make sure the cause of fever is not bacterial because she may need antibiotics.

It depends: A fever is the body's way of fighting infection. You can give your child the tyelenol or Ibuprofen to help keep the fever down and to provide comfort. If fever lasts for more than 5 days or is > 104 should see doctor. Provide plenty to drink for your child.
