You can: Age 60+ is not a contraindication for Allegra. Allegra being non-drowsy anti-histamine is not as harmful as, say, Benadryl that is a drowsy anti-histamine, which, in turn, isn't contraindicated either in people of your age, but is definitely something that needs to be taken with a greater caution.
