I am 60 years old and i feel tired all the time what can i take?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get a check up: You can't just take a pill without figuring out what the cause of the problem is. Your first step is to see your primary care doc and get a physical check up and compete blood test. If there is a physical problem, it should be addressed. Sometimes chronic tiredness is related to depression and this can be treated. But first have the physical check up.
