Good question: Feeling of urgent hunger, feeling faint or fainting, sense of weakness. Oddly enough sugar ingestion is the cause of it and although it is treated often by taking sugar, that relieves the symptoms this will encourage it to go on occurring. Treatment is to stop taking sugar in diet.
