Yes: If TSH is high or low, it signifies either too little or too much thyroid hormone. Either one can decrease chances of becoming pregnant or sustaining a pregnancy to a successful delivery.

Yes: An overactive or underactive thyroid may cause infertility especially if it causes a problem with ovulation. It may also affect the risk of miscarriage and the baby's brain development. It is very important to get the TSH under control.
