Buprenex Allergy: Buprenorphine (Buprenex®, Suboxone®, Subutex®) is an opioid medication that is used to treat narcotic addiction. It has also been used for the treatment of pain. Allergic reactions could include swelling of tongue, throat, lips, mouth, face, hives or difficulty breathing.
