Buprenorphine helps: Buprenex (buprenorphine) is useful for detoxification. Injecting it is not useful for that purpose. Standard use is sublingual (under the tongue, to be absorbed by the veins under the tongue). Consult your physician about using Buprenorphine for detoxification and/or maintenance. You might also consider attending a meeting of narcotics anonymous.
