Celexa OD: Symptoms of celexa overdose may include: nausea, vomiting, tremor, rapid heart rate, dizziness, increased sweating &feeling tired. More rarely there can be confusion, convulsions, rapid breathing, amnesia,cyanosis, rhabdomyolysis , changes to heart rhythm and coma.
