Crustacean Allergy: Crustaceans are a type of shellfish- lobster, shrimp, crab and prawn. When allergic to this group of shellfish, and ingested, symptoms can include any of the following soon after eating: hives, itching, rash, swelling of the skin, feeling like the throat is closing, trouble breathing, cough, wheeze, nausea, vomiting, low blood pressure, fainting.
