These are different: Cancer can arise at any site in our body. Therefore most cancers are different diseases . As a result they require different treatments. yet some parts of the body may be lumped together such as Head and Neck cancers(includes Cancers of the Nose, Throat and Mouth) because the surface lining cells for this region is squamous cells which give rise to a common pattern of behavior and common Treatment
