Face/diaper scaly: Often from wetness, or sweating, scaly rash appears on the body and in babies with diaper rash, yeast. You can apply OTC Lotrimin cr 1% twice a day until the scales resolve, 1-2 months. If not better after treatment, see Derm MD for further clarification.
