Nurse visit: A B12 injection usually requires only a nurse visit. Make sure that you made yourself clear to the person who makes your appointments.

See details: Fatigue probably has nothing to do with your b12. Some doctors believe this helps chronic fatigue but there is no evidence to support this. Have the fatigue properly evaluated.

Check blood level: You could have your blood level of B12 checked to see if it is adequate enough to wait 4 weeks for your next injection. If it's low, could his office nurse administer the shot? Otherwise either take sublingual(under the tongue) or chewable B12 or very large doses of oral B12 tablets until your appointment. You can't do any harm by taking too much b12.
