No: Strep throat is a minor illness, and its treatment with antibiotics usually does not make any noticeable changes in the body. Sometimes, an upset stomach and loose stools can happen when taking antibiotics. Having menstrual changes at the same time may be a coincidence, but one can ask her doctor about the changes if they are bothersome.
