I am asthmstic slightly what should i avoid in my meals?

You decide: You'd get the impression reading the internet that tinkering with diet restrictions is helpful for most or all diseases. It's not. Life's too complicated already without somebody offering "dietary advice" that will do you no good. For mild asthma, stay well-hydrated, consider getting an inhaler for emergencies, and ask whether u are a candidate for daily low-dose steroid inhalation. Eat as u like.
