Cerebral Palsy: Cerebral palsy is a disorder that affects motor skills (the ability to move in a coordinated and purposeful way) and muscle tone. It due to brain damage that occurs in utero, at time of birth or within first 3-5 years of age. This brain damage can also affect vision, hearing, speech and learning disabilities.
