what is the definition or description of: restlessness?

Dr. Bernard Seif

Restlessness: This can look like hyperactivity. Pacing, excessive moving of arms and legs, etc. Restlessness can also be emotional or mental. The mind can feel like it is moving too fast and can interfere w/focus or sleep. It can be from anxiety, hormones, medication, or neurological and can resolve w/treatment. Peace and good health.
