Meditation, exercise: What kind of restlessness are you experiencing? Is it emotional or physical? Is this a new symptom? Check out whatever meds you take to see if this is a side effect. Or, maybe you need to figure out why you are so restless with professional help. That being said, meditation and endurance exercise are great. There are online mediitations. Exercise at moderate intensity for 1/2 hour daily.
