Repetitive pattern: If this is something that always happens to you with every menstrual cycle then it may be some form of PMS. Consider trying birth control to see if it alleviates the problem.

It can speed up or slow down your heart rate, increase or decrease your blood pressure, cause you to get shaky or even faint. The result can be a sensation of weakness.
