Head size : 49.5cm is larger than normal per chat attached. That does not automatically mean that your child has something terribly wrong. In some families there is a tendency to have large heads without any medical problem. Doctors mostly worry when the head size increases more quickly than expected, as this could mean there is a problem causing rapid increase in the head size.
