No air embolism, but: ...something doesn't compute. BV and yeast cause quite different symptoms; they are rarely confused with one another. BV symptoms are mostly odor and discharge, without irritation or itching. Yeast mostly causes irritation and redness, with scant white discharge, or none, and little or no odor. Douching with H2O2 (or anything else) is ineffective for both and can be dangerous in BV. See a doctor.
