Dark circles: You must see your Eye specialist. I started wearing glasses at age 6 and still doing so at age 72. Never been a problem after I grew up.

Several causes: The commonest is nasal congestion, shiners, due to chronic inflammation of the nasal passages, like nasal allergies. At any rate mostly not a serious problem, check with your primary doctor who may refer you to an ENT or ophthalmologist, good luck
