No, and no: The fall caused the bruise. It is a collection of blood in the muscle, not a clot that could go anywhere. A bruise could not cause cataract surgery if that was your question, nor should it interfere with cataract surgery. Just mention it to your surgeon. S/he may do blood work to make sure that your blood clotting is normal. Good luck!
