Gas: Chest pain, is always concerning. With many burps which relieve pressure and pain is positive, and speaks more for gas, heartburn related issues, but nevertheless, you might want to have an EKG checked if you have family history of heart disease, feel pain with activity, nausea, sweating, or pain changes in any manner. Try and over the counter acid reflux relief like Nexium, (esomeprazole) Zantac etc.
