Burning sensation: It is probably too late to see your primary doctor so I suggest you have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility. The doctor will take your medical history and see what can be done about your burning sensation. Please let me know how things go.

Dyspepsia: Hi Shannon, from the symptoms you list, it looks like you are having dyspepsia which can have many possible causes including acid reflux disease (GERD) or peptic ulcer disease. You should see your primary care doctor, or schedule a consult with a health tap doctor to have an evaluation to rule out concerning issues related to your symptoms and get appropriate treatment. I hope that helps!
