Dangerous!: Any pain that is severe enough to cause vomiting is a clear danger signal. It is unusual to have kidney stones in both sides at the same time, so this would make a doctor worried that the blood supply to both kidneys may be affected, for example by a clot or blockage in the aorta, your main blood vessel. This is a serious emergency. You should go to A&E to be seen, NOW.
