A member asked:

What are health risk of too much screen time? (8 hrs/day)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many: This is way too much time in front of the screen. If you must, i.e. job related, then I would like to see that you can work in many small breaks - get up, change your position, stand for some of the work, sit for some, walk around office, stretch. If it is not for work, you risk damage on overall health, being sedentary, eye issues, carpal tunnel, neck pain etc.
