Skin tag tied off: While I don't condone home treatment of even the most benign of skin lesions, it appears you killed off much of the achrocordon as its called and it should gradually shrivel up and shrink away. If it doesn't, or it becomes painful, red, and irritated, you should seek a dermatologist for definitive treatment.
