Get care soon: Any abnormal vaginal bleeding and/or low abdominal or pelvic pain should be professionally examined, and you have both. An infection is the best bet, especially an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia if you are at risk -- possibly causing pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). See a doctor ASAP.
