ICE & HEAT...: Most likely you have Lumbar muscle strain form heavy lifting. Unless you have a shooting pain to legs, weakness, numbers , unable to control bowl or balder or other more concerning neurologic symptoms - you can try 1 st ICE over towel 10 min and alternate w heating pad. Anti-inflammatory as Ibuprofen or Naproxen can help with pain.if no improvement see your Doc for possible physical therapy.
