No: Sooner or later, it will cause trouble. The majority of these can be managed medically, with medication. Prolactinomas produce prolactin which is a powerful suppressor of male sexual function, in addition to damaging the surrounding gland. The treatment of pituitary adenomas is complicated. However, it's often very manageable, and there are many surgical cures. Get a few opinions. Best wishes.
